Digital Marketer Executive.

Responsibilities

As a digital marketer, you'll need to:

  • provide accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI)
  • research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums
  • design website banners and assist with web visuals
  • conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting
  • use web analytics software to monitor the performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement
  • contribute to company and industry blogs and manage e-communications
  • develop and integrate content marketing strategies
  • keep up to date with current digital trends
  • manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities
  • negotiate with media suppliers to achieve the best price for clients.
  • develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement
  • manage all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+ and Instagram.
  • develop and manage competitions and campaigns that promote your organization and brand
  • write engaging blog posts and articles.
  • create engaging multimedia content and/or outsource this effectively
  • form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
  • manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
  • monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics
  • manage junior staff such as a social media executive or assistant
  • educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within your company (in-house roles)
  • regularly liaise with clients via telephone and email.

Skills

You'll need to have:

  • a solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
  • strong editing and writing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques

Affiliate Manager

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, evaluating and recruiting new publisher to run CPA , CPI and CPL campaigns.
  • Creating new supply sources Monitoring affiliate practices Negotiating and evaluating affiliate advertising agreements;
  • Maintaining relationships with affiliates and partners.
  • Regularly monitoring campaign performance.
  • Training up a team of Affiliate Executives to ensure their knowledge is up to date and accurate.
  • Handling the buying, renegotiation of rates, renewing or cancelling media placements and other advertising programs.

Qualifications

This area of work is open to all graduates, but the following subjects may be particularly useful:

  • 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing,
  • Should be working at an affiliate network.
  • running an affiliate or ad network Hands on Experience and Understanding on Platforms like Hasoffers, Affise, Cake.
  • Should be strongly desired or required Strong written and oral communication skills.

CPL Delivery Manager

Description

  • Through understanding of CPM / CPC / CPV/ CPL Mode of Operations.
  • Good working relations and reputation with Top CPL publishers.
  • Experience of working with BFSI clients and campaigns like Credit card, Demat accounts, Insurance, Loans and Credit score check campaigns.
  • Experience of working with real state clients and campaigns for India & international.
  • Experience of driving substantial revenue through CPL
  • Ability to develop & nurture existing CPL publishers and onboard new CPL publishers
  • Manage publisher validations and invoices. and work with client for validation and invoicing.

Skills

You'll need to have:

  • Knowledge & relevant experience in email & search engine marketing:-
  • Media buying/affiliate marketing
  • Meet monthly & quarterly revenue targets.
  • Create media plans and ensure compliance with those media plans.- Good Knowledge of Affiliate Platforms and Affiliate practices
  • Strong Analytical skills, ability to compile & analyze performance data & metrics. Monitor & evaluate industry trends.
  • Strong Negotiation and Selling Skills
  • Good Client Management skills
